Pepito Cerreri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Solana in the 18th minute of the match. Andoitz Colillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynaldo Solana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Pepito Cerreri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higuera De La Serena's Fliz Prieto got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juvenal Morado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fliz Prieto's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. If Fliz Prieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reynaldo Solana was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Higuera De La Serena's zone, Andoitz Colillas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pepito Cerreri came out of the goal and Andoitz Colillas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Fliz Sabina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zuberoa Ballesteros charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zuberoa Ballesteros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Canferre De La Cogullada booed when Higuera De La Serena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Andoitz Colillas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Juvenal Morado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fliz Sabina, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Fliz Sabina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juvenal Morado having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Canferre De La Cogullada's Lancelot Pedraza got a free kick in the 89th minute. Juvenal Morado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fliz Sabina's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Andoitz Colillas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepito Cerreri having to interfere. Pepito Cerreri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andoitz Colillas in the 96th minute. The Canferre De La Cogullada players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Higuera De La Serena from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
