Gamiz AFC's Baleren Zamora proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Gamiz AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute, Orlan Treviño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Gamiz AFC's Baleren Zamora got control of the ball when Elvio Landa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 17 played minutes Aginaga AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Landa. In the 24th minute Alfredo Palomares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baleren Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Orlan Riba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gamiz AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aginaga AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gamiz AFC's Orlan Riba got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Elvio Landa sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gamiz AFC's Baleren Zamora didn't even have to move. Etxahun Martin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Etxahun Martin got free with Baleren Zamora in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 38 played minutes Aginaga AFC got a freekick which was hit by Michel Guijarro. In the 42nd minute Alvaro Pais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Aguilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ceferino Aguilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Olano, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Ceferino Aguilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Pais in the 46th minute of the match. Ceferino Aguilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Olano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Etxahun Martin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlan Riba in the 52nd minute of play forced Aginaga AFC's goalkeeper Ceferino Aguilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Aginaga AFC's Michel Guijarro got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gamiz AFC's zone, Etxahun Martin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baleren Zamora came out of the goal and Etxahun Martin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baleren Zamora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Etxahun Martin, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Toni Olano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ceferino Aguilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Toni Olano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baleren Zamora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Etxahun Martin, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Belo Roman during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aginaga AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! Etxahun Martin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baleren Zamora having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
