Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Colonia Afanias's Dolfos Antunez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Anatolio Verdaguer came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Colonia Afanias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anatolio Verdaguer couldn't finish the play. Anatolio Verdaguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ceferino Aguilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Colonia Afanias's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Palomares came free, but Horacio Munoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baraquiel Riells during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Baraquiel Riells kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Dolfos Antunez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colonia Afanias's supporters rose to their feet, but Dolfos Antunez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Aguilar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dolfos Antunez in the 23rd minute of play forced Aginaga AFC's goalkeeper Ceferino Aguilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anatolio Verdaguer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 28 played minutes Colonia Afanias got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Villanueva. After a defensive mix-up in Colonia Afanias's zone, Etxahun Martin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horacio Munoz came out of the goal and Etxahun Martin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute Dolfos Antunez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Aguilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horacio Munoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Palomares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Etxahun Martin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Munoz having to interfere. Etxahun Martin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Horacio Munoz made a huge save. After the first half Colonia Afanias were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Aginaga AFC's zone, Anatolio Verdaguer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Aguilar came out of the goal and Anatolio Verdaguer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Palomares in the 56th minute of play forced Colonia Afanias's goalkeeper Horacio Munoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aginaga AFC's Etxahun Martin got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Aginaga AFC's Nayely Abellan got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 78th minute, Etxahun Martin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aginaga AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Dolfos Antunez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ceferino Aguilar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Dolfos Antunez rounded Aginaga AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Iosu Pareja's late challenge caught a Aginaga AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iosu Pareja helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Colonia Afanias getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Iosu Pareja hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Colonia Afanias walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
