Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Gaxate booed when Lazaro SAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Huly Carballido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urtzi Aranzubia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Encina having to interfere. Lazcano Marrero kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Manuel Alfaro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Godofredo Sancho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Godofredo Sancho came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Lazaro SAD's Saverio Gimeno. But to his dismay, Saverio Gimeno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 16 played minutes Gaxate got a freekick which was hit by Migúel Teruel. Delfino Martin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Sancho having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Manuel Alfaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Encina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascal Serena in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Delfino Martin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Sancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Migúel Teruel during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Gaxate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Migúel Teruel to maneuver through the defense. Delfino Martin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Sancho having to interfere. Delfino Martin might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Godofredo Sancho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Delfino Martin ran back to his position shaking his head. Saverio Gimeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Sancho having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Lazaro SAD's Saverio Gimeno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Godofredo Sancho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Delfino Martin was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Lazaro SAD got a freekick which was hit by Huly Carballido. Urtzi Aranzubia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sergio Encina firmly grabbed it by the left post. Saverio Gimeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Gaxate's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Gimeno came free, but Godofredo Sancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Saverio Gimeno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Saverio Gimeno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lazaro SAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Saverio Gimeno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lazaro SAD's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Gimeno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Sancho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bartolo Herrero kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. A hard shot by Lazcano Marrero from long distance, 83 minutes into the match, got Sergio Encina's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 91 minutes into the match, Lazaro SAD's goalkeeper Sergio Encina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urtzi Aranzubia. After a defensive mix-up in Lazaro SAD's zone, Pascal Serena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergio Encina came out of the goal and Pascal Serena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lazaro SAD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gaxate had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
