After a defensive mix-up in Jimena De La Frontera's zone, Lano Serena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aimar Tobias came out of the goal and Lano Serena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jimena De La Frontera's Aimar Tobias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Jimena De La Frontera from getting a goal against them. Aimar Tobias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregory Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Martín Pascual who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Aimar Tobias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Martín Pascual's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aimar Tobias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Taurino Bellido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarías Pascua in the 21st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Jimena De La Frontera's zone, Gregory Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aimar Tobias came out of the goal and Gregory Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute, Shelfester United's Lano Serena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aimar Tobias. Aimar Tobias yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Aimar Tobias was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lano Serena showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregory Costa got free with Aimar Tobias in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Zacarías Pascua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Jimena De La Frontera's goal looked a bit too open when Gregory Costa came free, but Aimar Tobias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerrold Valines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the game, Gregory Costa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aimar Tobias. Gregory Costa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lano Serena was the one to do the kick off. Lano Serena took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aimar Tobias. Aimar Tobias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. If Lano Serena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aimar Tobias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregory Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martín Pascual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taurino Bellido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlondo Esperta in the 63rd minute of play. Jimena De La Frontera's Aimar Tobias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregory Costa in the 69th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Jimena De La Frontera's zone, Jerrold Valines stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aimar Tobias came out of the goal and Jerrold Valines tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerrold Valines scored 5-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aimar Tobias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Zacarías Pascua notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Shelfester United's Taurino Bellido. Taurino Bellido was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the match, Shelfester United's Martín Pascual sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aimar Tobias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lano Serena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Aimar Tobias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Shelfester United's Taurino Bellido got control of the ball when Zacarías Pascua tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aimar Tobias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lano Serena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Shelfester United's Josu Calderon got a free kick in the 94th minute.
