Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Santo Bartumeu got the match started through his kick off. Anxelu Caminero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montay Bacete having to interfere. Montay Bacete was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zenon Mas. If Ferman Aballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 19 minutes, Santo Bartumeu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Sebastián FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santo Bartumeu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. San Sebastián FC's Rios Serra got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the game, Ferman Aballe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Heriberto Sans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 32 minutes, Ferman Aballe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Sebastián FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferman Aballe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute Santo Bartumeu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heriberto Sans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 played minutes San Sebastián FC got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Fresnos. After the first half San Sebastián FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 51 minutes, Apoena Cuervas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carabias AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apoena Cuervas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apoena Cuervas in the 53rd minute of play forced San Sebastián FC's goalkeeper Montay Bacete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montay Bacete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apoena Cuervas, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Carabias AFC's Peio España got a free kick in the 60th minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Ramón Marines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Sebastián FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramón Marines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carabias AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Santo Bartumeu 64 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. The supporters of San Sebastián FC booed when Carabias AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anxelu Caminero didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ferman Aballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heriberto Sans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Bartumeu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Ferman Aballe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Heriberto Sans. That made the score 0-3 in the 77 minute of play. San Sebastián FC's Santo Bartumeu got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Apoena Cuervas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Montay Bacete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched San Sebastián FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
