The supporters of Santa Ana booed when Las Norias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaizka Diaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Richie Palacios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xosepe Buenafuente, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Enaut Moya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferdinand Montes in the 29th minute. In the 33rd minute, Ferdinand Montes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 36th minute, Benigno Reina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
