In the 48th minute, Montesol's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bertran Infante fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Víctor Sainz to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Víctor Sainz in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Montay Ballesteros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Lesardo Pedrosa fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orito SD's protests and gave Lesardo Pedrosa a yellow card for diving instead. Lesardo Pedrosa hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Lesardo Pedrosa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. Lesardo Pedrosa kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Orito SD's goalkeeper Isidor Estrada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Atilano Escurza. During the 95th minute of the match Víctor Sainz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Víctor Sainz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 96th minute, Víctor Sainz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Montesol could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Orito SD throughout the match.
