If Rosalio Hevia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emesto Vazquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sinforoso Dominguez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emesto Vazquez ran back to his position shaking his head. If Rosalio Hevia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Manolo Vives got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 20 minutes, Fonso Galdamez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altafulla FC and the Plentzia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Fonso Galdamez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emesto Vazquez in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sinforoso Dominguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emesto Vazquez in the 32nd minute of play forced Altafulla FC's goalkeeper Sinforoso Dominguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Emesto Vazquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Altafulla FC's Sinforoso Dominguez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sinforoso Dominguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosalio Hevia in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of Plentzia booed when Altafulla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Rosas didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Rosalio Hevia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emesto Vazquez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sinforoso Dominguez having to make a save. A collision led to Plentzia getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Tonio Huguet hit a great ball.

Sinforoso Dominguez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emesto Vazquez's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. When Emesto Vazquez came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Plentzia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emesto Vazquez couldn't finish the play. After 58 played minutes Altafulla FC got a freekick which was hit by Manolo Vives. When Everardo Rosas fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altafulla FC's protests and gave Everardo Rosas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th minute, Everardo Rosas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sinforoso Dominguez made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Rubio Huguet sent off a good shot on target. Sinforoso Dominguez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Haimar Carballeira. Rosalio Hevia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Altafulla FC booed when Plentzia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emesto Vazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emesto Vazquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sinforoso Dominguez having to interfere. Plentzia's Rosalio Hevia got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Plentzia players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
