In the 18th minute Gorosti Contratas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferran Sarrate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferran Sarrate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermenegildo Valerón, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Lesardo Marrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Orlando Hidalgo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Hidalgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oto Ziguenza in the 32nd minute of the match. Lesardo Marrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Oto Ziguenza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oto Ziguenza to make the kick off. Oto Ziguenza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Hidalgo having to interfere. In the 69th of the match, Gorosti Contratas tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Ferran Sarrate got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Las Infantas's goalkeeper Ferran Sarrate, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Subijana De Alava's Orlando Hidalgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lesardo Marrero in the 73rd minute of play. Pio Maestro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gorosti Contratas struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ferran Sarrate didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Subijana De Alava. Orlando Hidalgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lesardo Marrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Gorosti Contratas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Subijana De Alava's supporters rose to their feet, but Gorosti Contratas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferran Sarrate breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Efraín Morado kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Subijana De Alava's Gorosti Contratas got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oto Ziguenza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Orlando Hidalgo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
