The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Beturian Maroto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albino Guijarro was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 13th match minute, Vellisca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosalio Sobera to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Beturian Maroto made a precise shot to the right of Albino Guijarro. Vellisca FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beturian Maroto in the 24th minute of play forced Vellisca FC's goalkeeper Albino Guijarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alonso Doblas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tipi Vicente kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Abejundio Cano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Erjos SD's Beturian Maroto in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vellisca FC's goalie prevented a goal. Erjos SD's Abejundio Cano got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abejundio Cano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albino Guijarro having to make a save. In the 40th minute, Ermegildo Cabrera sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Vellisca FC's Albino Guijarro didn't even have to move. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Beturian Maroto made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Alonso Doblas made a precise shot to the right of Xamin Labarra. Erjos SD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 60th minute, Alonso Doblas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Erjos SD getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ermegildo Cabrera hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Arnaitz Zubizarreta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vellisca FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 70 minutes of play, Vellisca FC's Alonso Doblas made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xamin Labarra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alonso Doblas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Xamin Labarra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Alonso Doblas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vellisca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonso Doblas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnaitz Zubizarreta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alonso Doblas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xamin Labarra having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosalio Sobera in the 90th minute of play forced Erjos SD's goalkeeper Xamin Labarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnaitz Zubizarreta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xamin Labarra having to interfere. Vellisca FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
