Venancio Villanueva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Aiert Toledo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 0-1 became the score in the 11th minute when Licerio Fonticoba elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, El Munts's Salomon Obis got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 18th match minute, Donis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldovino Soto to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Villanueva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Aiert Toledo made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Aitor Arribas took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Aiert Toledo to make any attempt to save it. Venancio Villanueva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute Koldo Dellasierra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bautista Infante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bautista Infante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koldo Dellasierra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Licerio Fonticoba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The El Munts players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Donis were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aitor Arribas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Aitor Arribas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute Koldo Dellasierra suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Braulio Galnares hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Aiert Echavarri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bautista Infante, passed just outside the right post. El Munts's Bautista Infante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Licerio Fonticoba in the 64th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Donis's Licerio Fonticoba slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bautista Infante. That made the score 1-3 after 73 minutes of play. If Licerio Fonticoba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Aiert Echavarri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aiert Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aitor Arribas in the 83rd minute of the match. Aiert Echavarri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Licerio Fonticoba might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bautista Infante. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Licerio Fonticoba ran back to his position shaking his head.
