The referee showed Bras Reina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chinchon CF getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Bras Reina hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claris Vila during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, one of Chinchon CF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chinchon CF. In the 14th minute there was a penalty for Ituero AD. Rubén Villa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fernando Galdamez. 1-0. Everardo Rallo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlo Villanueva in the 19th minute of play. Celso Valverde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Fernando Galdamez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Xano Jareño got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Gumersindo Ribas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ituero AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chinchon CF the free kick. In the 35th minute, Gumersindo Ribas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ituero AD getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Celso Valverde got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Chinchon CF's zone, Celso Valverde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Galdamez came out of the goal and Celso Valverde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Bras Reina got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 56th minute, Bras Reina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Valverde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 62nd minute of the match Gumersindo Ribas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gumersindo Ribas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Ituero AD's Gumersindo Ribas got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Chinchon CF's Claris Vila broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Pancho Cerreri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Rallo having to interfere. Xano Jareño might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Galdamez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xano Jareño ran back to his position shaking his head. Xano Jareño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute.
