Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Virgilio Duarte got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Valdelcubo's zone, Herberto Ribas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gallo Coello came out of the goal and Herberto Ribas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santiago Bergada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Montes in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Alejandro Montes made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Bergada. Alquerías's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Emesto Sirvent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Valdelcubo's Gallo Coello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herberto Ribas in the 24th minute of play. Virgilio Duarte might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Bergada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgilio Duarte ran back to his position shaking his head. Sotero Dominguez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Santiago Bergada. Alquerías's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thomas Carreira hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 32nd play minutes Virgilio Duarte shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Santiago Bergada and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 37th minute Virgilio Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Bergada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Bergada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santiago Bergada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Duarte in the 42nd minute of play. Alejandro Montes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Santiago Bergada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejandro Montes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herberto Ribas to make the kick off. Gallo Coello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herberto Ribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Virgilio Duarte in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Bergada saved Alquerías from getting behind. Thomas Carreira was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Thomas Carreira hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. If Alejandro Montes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alquerías's Santiago Bergada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Duarte in the 66th minute of play. Alejandro Montes hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Santiago Bergada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Alquerías's Santiago Bergada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Alquerías from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute, Tacito Griego sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alquerías's Santiago Bergada didn't even have to move. Emesto Sirvent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Santiago Bergada managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Valdelcubo's Alejandro Montes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Iyan Bernal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Bergada was a little too slow when Virgilio Duarte got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-3. The Alquerías fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Valdelcubo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
