After 32 minutes, Hernán Irureta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sas and the Badia Del Vallès AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 5-2 when Raúl Villafane sped through Badia Del Vallès AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cruz Barrientos. In the 84th minute Raúl Villafane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cruz Barrientos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Badia Del Vallès AFC's Bonifacio Zapater got a free kick in the 87th minute. Badia Del Vallès AFC's Marino Olle got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 97th minute Raúl Villafane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cruz Barrientos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Sas were the better team. Sas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
