Saturnin Ocaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candelario Higuera in the 8th minute of play. If Candelario Higuera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. With an all-out effort, Fals's Amancio Alacuart threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xinto Fuster, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Can Amell FC's zone, Xinto Fuster stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Alacuart came out of the goal and Xinto Fuster tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Can Amell FC's Amancio Alacuart proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Can Amell FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 27 minutes, Xinto Fuster managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fals's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xinto Fuster was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sergi Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Izar Cabezas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Saturnin Ocaña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Perico Moreno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fals's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Can Amell FC the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Perico Moreno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Izar Cabezas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnin Ocaña having to interfere. Candelario Higuera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnin Ocaña having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Amancio Alacuart successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xinto Fuster made a kick off. Candelario Higuera was extremely unlucky when he, in the 52nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Izar Cabezas in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saturnin Ocaña saved Fals from getting behind. Candelario Higuera succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 63rd playminute. Arnaldo Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Saturnin Ocaña acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Baudelio Balcells. In the 70th minute, Arbidel Valcarcel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the match, Can Amell FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xinto Fuster came free, but Amancio Alacuart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candelario Higuera came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Saturnin Ocaña could save by the left post. 0-3 became the score in the 91st minute when Izar Cabezas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Fals supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Can Amell FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Can Amell FC.
