Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Andrés-Fernando Silvestre made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Esteve Pastor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 5 minutes into the game, Gonsalvo Aznar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gerona SAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Young Kings Club the free kick. In the 7th minute, Lordi Mangas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lordi Mangas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lluis Rey in the 14th minute of play forced Young Kings Club's goalkeeper Alfredo Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Omero Marcos fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gerona SAD's protests and gave Omero Marcos a yellow card for diving instead. Young Kings Club made a substitution. Serafo Roig replaced Xoan España. The supporters of Young Kings Club booed when Gerona SAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omero Marcos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xelo Rienda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Pastor in the 21st minute of the match. If Lordi Mangas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Gerona SAD's goal looked a bit too open when Clodio Prats came free, but Xelo Rienda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, Telmo Titos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Young Kings Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Telmo Titos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 27 minutes, Esteve Pastor made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gerona SAD's Xelo Rienda tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the game, Telmo Titos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Xelo Rienda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute, Gerona SAD's Xepe Torres dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xepe Torres during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xepe Torres hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Clodio Prats recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteve Pastor to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Young Kings Club's Clodio Prats slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xelo Rienda. That made the score 1-4 after 53 minutes of play. 65 minutes into the match, Young Kings Club's goal looked a bit too open when Andrés-Fernando Silvestre came free, but Alfredo Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Telmo Titos might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xelo Rienda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Telmo Titos ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Gerona SAD getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Juvenal Alfaro hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Xepe Torres notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Young Kings Club's Alfredo Paz. Alfredo Paz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Lordi Mangas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Telmo Titos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute Gonsalvo Aznar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Paz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lordi Mangas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Xelo Rienda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Juvenal Alfaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xelo Rienda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Young Kings Club. Telmo Titos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xelo Rienda having to interfere.
