After 12 played minutes Torregorda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Presebal Barrientos. 16 minutes into the match, Torregorda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Macías came free, but Máximo Fuente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gení Doblas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máximo Fuente having to interfere. Lucio Bouzon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Macías received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Máximo Fuente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, La Cueva Del Pajaro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gení Doblas to maneuver through the defense. If Iratxo Sobera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torregorda AFC's Iratxo Sobera got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Macías fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máximo Fuente having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, La Cueva Del Pajaro's Gení Doblas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Máximo Fuente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iratxo Sobera to strike the kick off in the second half. Yoel Cortes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iratxo Sobera in the 52nd minute of the match. Lucio Bouzon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yoel Cortes having to make a save. In the 55th match minute, La Cueva Del Pajaro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominic Domenech to maneuver through the defense. Teodosio Montero, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Eufrasio Abasalo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yoel Cortes. La Cueva Del Pajaro's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Yoel Cortes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iratxo Sobera in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Cueva Del Pajaro's Alatz Fonticoba got a free kick in the 64th minute. Torregorda AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iratxo Sobera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Iratxo Sobera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yoel Cortes. La Cueva Del Pajaro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iratxo Sobera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Presebal Barrientos charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Presebal Barrientos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Gení Doblas managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Cueva Del Pajaro's supporters rose to their feet, but Gení Doblas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Máximo Fuente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 93rd minute of the match Presebal Barrientos completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Presebal Barrientos a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Torregorda AFC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Presebal Barrientos hit a great ball. Marcos Macías took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Máximo Fuente. Máximo Fuente dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Torregorda AFC had won after a very even match.
