After having played for 3 minutes, Derwin Rey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Derwin Rey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Idacio Ortiz came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Horta FC's Marcos Jaen. But to his dismay, Marcos Jaen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mosen Bacete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nono Calatayud in the 14th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Derwin Rey sped through West Ham Ibèric's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Idacio Ortiz. Idacio Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derwin Rey in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Marcos Jaen made a precise shot to the right of Idacio Ortiz. West Ham Ibèric's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Derwin Rey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Idacio Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Locaio Sánchez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. West Ham Ibèric's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Horta FC the free kick. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind West Ham Ibèric's goalkeeper Idacio Ortiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of West Ham Ibèric booed when Horta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazinho Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Horta FC's zone, Nono Calatayud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mosen Bacete came out of the goal and Nono Calatayud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, West Ham Ibèric's Mosen Bacete threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xines Alcaraz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Horta FC booed when West Ham Ibèric was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unax Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xines Alcaraz during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xines Alcaraz kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 39 played minutes West Ham Ibèric got a freekick which was hit by Unax Bernal. After 43 played minutes Horta FC got a freekick which was hit by Mazinho Alcântara. Mosen Bacete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nono Calatayud in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute, one of Horta FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Horta FC. The score was 1-3 after a penalty in the 49th minute, where West Ham Ibèric:s Guido Andres tricked Horta FC:s Mosen Bacete with a difficult ball by the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

With a little luck, West Ham Ibèric's Idacio Ortiz got control of the ball when Marcos Jaen tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Acarreta got free with Idacio Ortiz in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Marcos Jaen made a precise shot to the right of Idacio Ortiz. West Ham Ibèric's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Marcos Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elpidio Acarreta hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Mazinho Alcântara hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Mosen Bacete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santxo Quesada in the 71st minute of play. In the 71st minute, Guido Andres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Horta FC's Marcos Jaen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Idacio Ortiz. Idacio Ortiz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. If Marcos Jaen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Derwin Rey struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Idacio Ortiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horta FC. After 87 minutes, Derwin Rey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Horta FC and the West Ham Ibèric players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Derwin Rey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Jaen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Idacio Ortiz having to interfere. Marcos Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horta FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
