After 7 played minutes, Ullets-Fantfosti's Marino Gonzalez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Staffan Unesson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ullets-Fantfosti reached it. In the 11th minute, Orlondo Diaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Almir Miranda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Almir Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlondo Diaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Kiliz in the 16th minute of play forced Ullets-Fantfosti's goalkeeper Almir Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of RaYo BaYecano booed when Ullets-Fantfosti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ansuro Justo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Staffan Unesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Crescencio Fabelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Baldovino Torres took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Staffan Unesson to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Kiliz in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Almir Miranda saved Ullets-Fantfosti from getting behind. Almir Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xuoco Companys in the 33rd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Xuoco Companys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Almir Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldovino Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Staffan Unesson made a huge save. Almir Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xuoco Companys, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. RaYo BaYecano's Xuoco Companys got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Ansuro Justo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Kiliz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baldovino Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Staffan Unesson made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baldovino Torres to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Ullets-Fantfosti's Almir Miranda got control of the ball when Leon Kiliz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, RaYo BaYecano's Nagoi Lopez de Toro got a free kick in the 70th minute. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Leon Kiliz put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Almir Miranda. Leon Kiliz came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Almir Miranda could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuoco Companys in the 85th minute of play forced Ullets-Fantfosti's goalkeeper Almir Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
