Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Birket AC's Kent Sigurdson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Thorkil Kjenslie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Birket AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 8th match minute, Munktoft was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claus Kiding to maneuver through the defense. Vinzent Akgul came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Birket AC's Kent Sigurdson. But to his dismay, Kent Sigurdson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a little luck, Birket AC's Hauge Sinkar got control of the ball when Nicko Ørndal tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Thorkil Kjenslie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Birket AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Thorkil Kjenslie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinzent Akgul breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the game, Nikolaj Elsberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Birket AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Munktoft the free kick. Munktoft's Nicko Ørndal got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Asger Pandrun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute, Nikolaj Elsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute Thorkil Kjenslie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinzent Akgul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thorkil Kjenslie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinzent Akgul having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Munktoft's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Sigurdson came free, but Vinzent Akgul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kent Sigurdson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Nicko Ørndal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicko Ørndal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hauge Sinkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 53rd minute, Thorkil Kjenslie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Birket AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Thorkil Kjenslie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Munktoft's zone, Thorkil Kjenslie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinzent Akgul came out of the goal and Thorkil Kjenslie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kent Sigurdson might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vinzent Akgul. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kent Sigurdson ran back to his position shaking his head. Hauge Sinkar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicko Ørndal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Johan Albarts fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Munktoft's protests and gave Johan Albarts a yellow card for diving instead. Thorkil Kjenslie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Vinzent Akgul made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Munktoft's zone, Kent Sigurdson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinzent Akgul came out of the goal and Kent Sigurdson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vinzent Akgul made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thorkil Kjenslie in the 92nd minute.
