After 6 played minutes Solbjerg FC got a freekick which was hit by Frantz Strømsø. Farum SIK's Timm Rotendahl shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 7th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Leopold Knudsdal but with some difficulty. Villy Lergaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Patrick Bustrup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Solbjerg FC's Bertil Styrbæk in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Leopold Knudsdal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Omar Bertelsen went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bertil Styrbæk to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Solbjerg FC's Kresten Salems got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 56 played minutes, Farum SIK's Timm Rotendahl shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leopold Knudsdal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Farum SIK reached it. Bertil Styrbæk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Bustrup having to interfere.
