When Uwe Sevald fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villerslev AC's protests and gave Uwe Sevald a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Villerslev AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uwe Sevald to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hjalmar Hytting during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Wolfgang Bureton came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Villerslev AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wolfgang Bureton couldn't finish the play. Chris Overgaard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balthasar Adelbjørn, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When Ejnar Grell came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Torshøj AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ejnar Grell couldn't finish the play. After having played for 44 minutes, Ejnar Grell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torshøj AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ejnar Grell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Leif Weinen hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd match minute, Villerslev AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balthasar Adelbjørn to maneuver through the defense. Villerslev AC's Halvor Pall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Villerslev AC from getting a goal against them. The Torshøj AC fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Torshøj AC's Ejnar Grell looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 69 minutes of play Villerslev AC's Uwe Sevald was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The Torshøj AC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Torshøj AC's Kurd Qazi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ejnar Grell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathies Bleeg during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mathies Bleeg hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Godtfred Bondum, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Wolfgang Bureton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Chris Overgaard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Torshøj AC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Villerslev AC throughout the match.
