Bjarne Bjergsteen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hansmorten Halgart in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Brejning booed when Alslev SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steffen Lebjerg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 13 minutes, Calle Harly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brejning's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calle Harly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15thth minute of the game Hansmorten Halgart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alslev SIK's Bjarne Bjergsteen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 22 in the game by Birger Haugedal from a close distance when the talented Ruddi Bisgart managed to make a qualified save. Brejning's players were relieved. Hans Stahr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ruddi Bisgart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hans Stahr recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruddi Bisgart made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birger Haugedal in the 31st minute. Calle Harly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bjarne Bjergsteen having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Brejning's goalkeeper Ruddi Bisgart had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Haugedal. When Hans Stahr came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Alslev SIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Stahr couldn't finish the play. Birger Haugedal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tomas Kentorp hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

Bjarne Bjergsteen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Kentorp in the 82nd minute of the match. Bjarne Bjergsteen was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Calle Harly capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Calle Harly really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Brejning's Ruddi Bisgart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Haugedal in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes Brejning's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frode Freiman who took care of the corner kick. Alslev SIK's Frode Freiman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ruddi Bisgart in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Birger Haugedal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ruddi Bisgart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruddi Bisgart stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Birger Haugedal's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. After 94 played minutes Brejning got a freekick which was hit by Peiter Tjakke. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
