A very good chance for a goal. 5 minutes into the match, Ravnebjerg's goal looked a bit too open when Jari Fogde came free, but Laust Gormose reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claus Bøgede could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Laust Gormose made a huge save. Jari Fogde was extremely unlucky when he, in the 8th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Laust Gormose showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jari Fogde, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Tycho Wolfhagen's late challenge caught a Ravnebjerg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tycho Wolfhagen helped the player get up and apologised. If Osvald Bastfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ib Gaardmark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Claus Bøgede managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lejbjærg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claus Bøgede was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Morten Lodsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. When Jari Fogde came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Lejbjærg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jari Fogde couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
Osvald Bastfeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asmind Eidal having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lejbjærg's zone, Ib Gaardmark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asmind Eidal came out of the goal and Ib Gaardmark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Osvald Bastfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 65 minutes, Jari Fogde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lejbjærg's Asmind Eidal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Lejbjærg from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tycho Wolfhagen in the 75th minute of play forced Ravnebjerg's goalkeeper Laust Gormose to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Jari Fogde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jari Fogde in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laust Gormose saved Ravnebjerg from getting behind. Laust Gormose stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jari Fogde's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. After 86 played minutes Ravnebjerg got a freekick which was hit by Svend Hegelykke. In the 88th minute Jari Fogde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laust Gormose saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Claus Bøgede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jari Fogde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claus Bøgede blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laust Gormose having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lejbjærg had won after a very even match.
