Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Sandkaas got a freekick which was hit by Tony Kalsing. Calle Hunel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jari Fogde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claus Bøgede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 19 minutes, Claus Bøgede managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lejbjærg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claus Bøgede was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Sandkaas's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Bøgede came free, but Sepp Schackinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Lejbjærg booed when Sandkaas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Hugsø didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute of the match Mikki Ryhøj sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sepp Schackinger skillfully saved the ball. Mikki Ryhøj, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Jari Fogde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. Sepp Schackinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lejbjærg's Claus Bøgede got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 50thth minute of the game Jari Fogde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sandkaas's Sepp Schackinger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Calle Hunel to make the kick off. Sandkaas's Sepp Schackinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jari Fogde in the 57th minute of play. The Lejbjærg fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Lejbjærg's Jari Fogde looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sepp Schackinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jari Fogde in the 65th minute of the match. When Reinhard Løfholm fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sandkaas's protests and gave Reinhard Løfholm a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Sandkaas got a freekick which was hit by Reinhard Løfholm. Sepp Schackinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jari Fogde in the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of Sandkaas booed when Lejbjærg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tycho Wolfhagen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jari Fogde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Sandkaas's Sepp Schackinger got control of the ball when Claus Bøgede tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jari Fogde in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sepp Schackinger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sepp Schackinger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claus Bøgede in the 96th minute. When Reinhard Løfholm was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 98 minutes had been played. After 100 played minutes Sandkaas got a freekick which was hit by Reinhard Løfholm. When the match was over Lejbjærg could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sandkaas throughout the match.
