Curt Brandtoft made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thue Vust in the 12th minute of play. Olaf Fullerton might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Curt Brandtoft. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olaf Fullerton ran back to his position shaking his head. Reinar Skrøjer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Pedro Miles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Hjerm's goalkeeper Pedro Miles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinar Skrøjer. Roland Ramfeldt hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ravnstrup FC booed when Hjerm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Fullerton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Miles went to the wrong direction when Arnfred Jungdorf was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Ravnstrup FC's Arnfred Jungdorf broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Curt Brandtoft showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Fullerton in the 33rd minute of the match. Reinar Skrøjer struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Pedro Miles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ravnstrup FC. Thue Vust sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
After a defensive mix-up in Hjerm's zone, Reinar Skrøjer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Miles came out of the goal and Reinar Skrøjer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Niki Carkaci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reinar Skrøjer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Pedro Miles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Miles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinar Skrøjer in the 65th minute of the match. Keld Löween hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Ravnstrup FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Fullerton came free, but Curt Brandtoft reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Reinar Skrøjer came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Ravnstrup FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinar Skrøjer couldn't finish the play. Thue Vust received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Curt Brandtoft tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute of the match, Olaf Fullerton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Curt Brandtoft saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 1-2 became the score in the 88th minute when Olaf Fullerton elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Hjerm were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Ravnstrup FC's much stronger midfield.
