When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ronny Bornø sped through Nyrup FV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thorkil Stolesbjerg. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Ronny Bornø put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Thorkil Stolesbjerg. If Ronny Bornø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Walentin Barksman sped through Nyrup FV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thorkil Stolesbjerg. If Ronny Bornø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Ronny Bornø's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thorkil Stolesbjerg was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Thorkil Stolesbjerg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walentin Barksman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nyrup FV's Thorkil Stolesbjerg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walentin Barksman in the 36th minute of play. Hilbert Lyum hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Ulrik Jaspersen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 54th minute Walentin Barksman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorkil Stolesbjerg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nyrup FV's Buster Lønow got a free kick in the 55th minute. With a little luck, Nyrup FV's Thorkil Stolesbjerg got control of the ball when Ronny Bornø tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walentin Barksman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walentin Barksman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thorkil Stolesbjerg having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Nyrup FV's goal looked a bit too open when Walentin Barksman came free, but Thorkil Stolesbjerg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronny Bornø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ronny Bornø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thorkil Stolesbjerg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walentin Barksman in the 88th minute of the match. Nyrup FV's Thorkil Stolesbjerg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walentin Barksman in the 91st minute of play. The Troelstrup AC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Troelstrup AC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
