A very good chance for a goal. Günther Jonasson struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Arnfred Svensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Søballe AC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicholas Krigger during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arnfred Svensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Günther Jonasson in the 12th minute of play. Søren Lintner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Thorshavn having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Volmer Etzerodt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Søballe AC and the Budsemarke players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Volmer Etzerodt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Søballe AC's Romeo Thorshavn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Søballe AC from getting a goal against them. Romeo Thorshavn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steen Irven in the 27th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Søballe AC defense, Søren Lintner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romeo Thorshavn. The Søballe AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeo Thorshavn should have stopped the shot. Volmer Etzerodt kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Budsemarke's Bernhardt Krupsdahl tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Günther Jonasson was the one to do the kick off. Sten Elbak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd match minute, Budsemarke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicholas Krigger to maneuver through the defense. When Hugo Ochsendorf fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Søballe AC's protests and gave Hugo Ochsendorf a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Budsemarke booed when Søballe AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Ochsendorf didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Søren Lintner came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Budsemarke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Søren Lintner couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute, Søren Lintner made a precise shot to the right of Romeo Thorshavn. Søballe AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Balthazar Barmer's late challenge caught a Budsemarke's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Balthazar Barmer helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Søballe AC's Henrik Brintholm got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute of the match Bernhardt Krupsdahl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romeo Thorshavn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Søballe AC's Henrik Brintholm got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 77 played minutes Søballe AC got a freekick which was hit by Balthazar Barmer. Budsemarke were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Søballe AC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernhardt Krupsdahl took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Günther Jonasson in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnfred Svensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Günther Jonasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Søballe AC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
