Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ganderup's Rene Helgehn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Kodbøl in the 4th minute of play. If Paul Poulli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sam Kodbøl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Helgehn came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Veldbæk's Paul Poulli. But to his dismay, Paul Poulli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Paul Poulli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Helgehn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Ganderup got a freekick which was hit by Povl Engedahl. If Paul Poulli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Helgehn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Kodbøl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Paul Poulli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Sam Kodbøl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the game, Linus Heltvig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Veldbæk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ganderup the free kick. After a rather tough play, Veldbæk's Linus Heltvig got a free kick in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Ganderup's Jan Kølgaard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolf Danam narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Linus Heltvig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Veldbæk's Sam Kodbøl got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Kåre Fuglsang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Veldbæk were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sam Kodbøl made a kick off. Veldbæk were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Ganderup's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Loke Fessel took the corner. Rolf Danam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mads Lave in the 57th minute of play. Mads Lave sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Kåre Fuglsang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Jan Kølgaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Mads Lave put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rolf Danam. Jan Kølgaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Mads Lave managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ganderup's supporters rose to their feet, but Mads Lave was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolf Danam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rolf Danam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mads Lave, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Mads Lave's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolf Danam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Ganderup's Jan Kølgaard got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 96th minute of the match Linus Heltvig completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Linus Heltvig a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 96th minute, Linus Heltvig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
