After a defensive mix-up in Engelstofte AC's zone, Wladimir Hamilton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilmar Høgstrup came out of the goal and Wladimir Hamilton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vilmar Høgstrup was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gerhardt Malholm. Vilmar Høgstrup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wladimir Hamilton, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 12th minute, one of Høllund:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Høllund. Høllund:s Asmund Vormstrup showed great skill when he stopped Asker Venther:s penalty. Walentin Berrum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Høllund's Ronny Bankenes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vilmar Høgstrup made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 26th minute, Walentin Berrum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kenn Kerschus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asmund Vormstrup having to interfere. Gregor Nordenhof hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 41 played minutes Engelstofte AC got a freekick which was hit by Asker Venther. Engelstofte AC's Vilmar Høgstrup played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerhardt Malholm in the 42nd minute of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kenn Kerschus to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Viktor Terpling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Engelstofte AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Høllund the free kick. In the 53rd match minute, Engelstofte AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Terpling to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the match, Høllund's Gerhardt Malholm broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Høllund's Ronny Bankenes got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wladimir Hamilton struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Vilmar Høgstrup didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Høllund. Høllund's Asmund Vormstrup proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Høllund from getting a goal against them. Manfred Dukholt kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Vilmar Høgstrup showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronny Bankenes in the 63rd minute of the match. Wladimir Hamilton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilmar Høgstrup having to interfere. Viktor Terpling kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Ronny Bankenes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Vilmar Høgstrup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 72 in the game by Walentin Berrum from a close distance when the talented Asmund Vormstrup managed to make a qualified save. Høllund's players were relieved. Wladimir Hamilton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Vilmar Høgstrup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Terkel Egerup's late challenge caught a Engelstofte AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Terkel Egerup helped the player get up and apologised. After 77 played minutes Høllund got a freekick which was hit by Terkel Egerup. When Wladimir Hamilton came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Høllund fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wladimir Hamilton couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Engelstofte AC's Asmund Vormstrup threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kenn Kerschus, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Høllund's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
