Maurits Clausing didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Kelst's Rolf Klangel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. 10 minutes into the game, Therkel Crossland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kelst's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gejlbjerg the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Valder Molz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kelst's supporters rose to their feet, but Valder Molz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurits Clausing breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valder Molz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Maurits Clausing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Philip Godtvig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gejlbjerg's Maurits Clausing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Klangel in the 18th minute of play. Mario Kirsch scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Janich Jordahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute, André Harkes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Janich Jordahn. The goal made the score 2-1. A hard shot 34 in the game by Mario Kirsch from a close distance when the talented Janich Jordahn managed to make a qualified save. Kelst's players were relieved. Janich Jordahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Kirsch went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valder Molz in the 45th minute of play forced Gejlbjerg's goalkeeper Maurits Clausing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes, Torbjørn Løwen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gejlbjerg and the Kelst players grew even worse after the yellow card. Torbjørn Løwen hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valder Molz made a kick off. Mario Kirsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Janich Jordahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maurits Clausing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolf Klangel in the 56th minute. If Ejner Sidelmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that André Harkes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Janich Jordahn was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Valder Molz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jann Tølbøll in the 65th minute of play forced Gejlbjerg's goalkeeper Maurits Clausing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Janich Jordahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Kirsch in the 70th minute of the match. Maurits Clausing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolf Klangel in the 77th minute. André Harkes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valder Molz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurits Clausing having to interfere. Maurits Clausing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valder Molz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. With 90 minutes on the clock, Claes Alsrud commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave Kelst a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Asger Billum, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gejlbjerg's Maurits Clausing. 3-2. Valder Molz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Maurits Clausing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rolf Klangel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Maurits Clausing managed to avoid a goal in the 99thth minute, when Kelst's Rolf Klangel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
