Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) André Harkes made the kick off and thus started the match. After 6 played minutes Gejlbjerg got a freekick which was hit by Philip Godtvig. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ejvin Capett in the 9th minute of play forced Gejlbjerg's goalkeeper Maurits Clausing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nikki Juelsholt hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. When Nikki Juelsholt fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skjød's protests and gave Nikki Juelsholt a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Skjød's Nikki Juelsholt got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 18 played minutes Gejlbjerg got a freekick which was hit by Mogens Leining. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Philip Godtvig during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Philip Godtvig hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Volmar Edelslund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skjød's supporters crossed their fingers, but Volmar Edelslund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ejvin Capett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Maurits Clausing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maurits Clausing came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Skjød's Volmar Edelslund. But to his dismay, Volmar Edelslund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Volmar Edelslund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Piet Gonnov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Kirsch in the 44th minute of play. If Volmar Edelslund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Volmar Edelslund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Maurits Clausing when he managed to save the team from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ejvin Capett to make the kick off. Philip Godtvig kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Gejlbjerg's Maurits Clausing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Volmar Edelslund in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Skjød booed when Gejlbjerg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theis Skovsbølle didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Ejvin Capett left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skjød fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Mario Kirsch came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Gejlbjerg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Kirsch couldn't finish the play. If Ejvin Capett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes of play, Gejlbjerg's Mario Kirsch made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Piet Gonnov was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 75 minutes, Volmar Edelslund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skjød's supporters crossed their fingers, but Volmar Edelslund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torbjørn Løwen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Skjød's Piet Gonnov got control of the ball when Mario Kirsch tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Ejvin Capett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurits Clausing was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 90th minute, Ejvin Capett made a precise shot to the right of Maurits Clausing. Gejlbjerg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Skjød's zone, Mario Kirsch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Piet Gonnov came out of the goal and Mario Kirsch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gejlbjerg players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Skjød.
