Krestoffer Øksbro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eske Riff having to interfere. Walentin Puls sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the game, Mohamed Thelborg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tårup FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ebbelnæs SIK the free kick. Mohamed Thelborg hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When Aslak Tucker fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ebbelnæs SIK's protests and gave Aslak Tucker a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes Ebbelnæs SIK got a freekick which was hit by Aslak Tucker. Halvor Arantsson charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Eske Riff was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 93 minutes, Eskild Gudbrand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tårup FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eskild Gudbrand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tårup FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
