Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Freddi Skipper made the kick off which started today's match. Daniel Skarris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddi Skipper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amdi Sondergard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mads Stenting, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Balthazar Kvintel kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Stådsen in the 13th minute of play forced Gauerslund's goalkeeper Amdi Sondergard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Mads Stenting got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Givskud SIK booed when Gauerslund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jannich Havbak didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Valentin Svart had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Skarris. Givskud SIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Svart was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Freddi Skipper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Skarris having to interfere. In the 35th minute Mads Stenting shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amdi Sondergard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Skarris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddi Skipper in the 38th minute of play. If Dick Mintz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Stådsen in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amdi Sondergard saved Gauerslund from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mads Stenting stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, Freddi Skipper managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gauerslund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddi Skipper was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Krestian Bjelbo during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Gauerslund getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Krestian Bjelbo hit a great ball. Alex Stådsen struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Amdi Sondergard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Givskud SIK. Freddi Skipper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Skarris having to interfere. Freddi Skipper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Skarris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddi Skipper in the 74th minute of play. Gauerslund's Amdi Sondergard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mads Stenting in the 77th minute of play. Amdi Sondergard made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Alex Stådsen sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Givskud SIK's zone, Freddi Skipper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Skarris came out of the goal and Freddi Skipper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentin Svart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
