Svenne Cairlain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddi Skipper in the 5th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Freddi Skipper put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Svenne Cairlain. Kirstein Arstoft's late challenge caught a Gauerslund's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kirstein Arstoft helped the player get up and apologised. Kirstein Arstoft hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Freddi Skipper managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gauerslund's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddi Skipper was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Svenne Cairlain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wictor Rendboe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Valentin Svart had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Svenne Cairlain. Bjerring SIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Svart was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Valentin Svart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Svenne Cairlain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Freddi Skipper made a precise shot to the right of Svenne Cairlain. Bjerring SIK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Amdi Sondergard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kirstein Arstoft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eigil Scheppan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Svenne Cairlain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Svart, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Amdi Sondergard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wictor Rendboe, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wictor Rendboe made a kick off. Valentin Svart who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Svenne Cairlain when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Bjerring SIK's Svenne Cairlain got control of the ball when Valentin Svart tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eigil Scheppan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amdi Sondergard having to interfere. Gunther Steenbjerg kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 83 played minutes Bjerring SIK got a freekick which was hit by Michael Sejerfelt. Eigil Scheppan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute Eigil Scheppan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amdi Sondergard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eigil Scheppan took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amdi Sondergard. Amdi Sondergard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gauerslund eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
