Buster Delani started the match with the kick off. Dalsgård's Uffe Hindsbak got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernhard Spangsege made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rikard Lindstrøm in the 8th minute. A collision led to Dalsgård getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Timmy Jørsum hit a great ball. In the 12th minute Helge Juelsborg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kield Fuglheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rikard Lindstrøm got free with Bernhard Spangsege in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Uffe Hindsbak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kield Fuglheim was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Helge Juelsborg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Døstrup AC's Kield Fuglheim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helge Juelsborg in the 43rd minute of play. When Dalsgård's Uffe Hindsbak in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Døstrup AC's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Uffe Hindsbak made a kick off. Uffe Hindsbak's late challenge caught a Døstrup AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uffe Hindsbak helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Dalsgård's Uffe Hindsbak got a free kick in the 64th minute. Bernhard Spangsege made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Lindstrøm in the 67th minute of play. Kield Fuglheim made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Helge Juelsborg sent off a good shot on target. Helge Juelsborg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bernhard Spangsege showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Buster Delani in the 79th minute of the match. Uffe Hindsbak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kield Fuglheim having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
