Joseph Gelving made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sune Thorman in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute Sune Thorman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Gelving saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes Hyllerup got a freekick which was hit by Absalon Wilslev. Joseph Gelving stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sune Thorman's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Erik Egerrup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erik Egerrup who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Denis Wangsdahl when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Jon Scherrebeck sped through Hyllerup's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joseph Gelving. When Jon Scherrebeck came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Sneslev fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jon Scherrebeck couldn't finish the play. After having played for 48 minutes, Sune Thorman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sneslev's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sune Thorman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Sneslev were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lennert Boelt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joseph Gelving showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håkon Løvenov in the 53rd minute of the match. Denis Wangsdahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennert Boelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Erik Egerrup made a precise shot to the right of Denis Wangsdahl. Sneslev's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 60th minute Lennert Boelt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Wangsdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olaf Kenvold's late challenge caught a Hyllerup's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olaf Kenvold helped the player get up and apologised. Lennert Boelt struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Denis Wangsdahl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hyllerup. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lennert Boelt in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Wangsdahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Lennert Boelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Hyllerup booed when Sneslev was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knut Harnum didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Lennert Boelt came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Hyllerup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennert Boelt couldn't finish the play. Lennert Boelt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denis Wangsdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennert Boelt in the 93rd minute of play. Erik Egerrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Wangsdahl having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
