The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sune Thorman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Osvald Arre made a huge save. In the 8th minute, Jon Scherrebeck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvald Arre was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Osvald Arre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Scherrebeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. A collision led to Lysabild getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Balder Primhof hit a great ball. With a little luck, Lysabild's Osvald Arre got control of the ball when Sune Thorman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Osvald Arre acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 26th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sepp Strandhøj. Håkon Løvenov hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Chrestian Valentinussen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lysabild fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jon Scherrebeck struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Osvald Arre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sneslev. Jon Scherrebeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Osvald Arre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Sune Thorman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osvald Arre. Lysabild's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sune Thorman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Calle Eliasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Denis Wangsdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Sneslev's goalkeeper Denis Wangsdahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmy Koldbro. Håkon Løvenov hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chrestian Valentinussen in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Wangsdahl saved Sneslev from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Lysabild's Vilmar Bruzdewicz got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Sune Thorman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th match minute, Lysabild was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Eirdorf to maneuver through the defense. Jon Scherrebeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jon Scherrebeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Sneslev's Sune Thorman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvald Arre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lysabild's Jimmy Koldbro got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th match minute, Sneslev was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ditlev Nothdurft to maneuver through the defense. Osvald Arre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sune Thorman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvald Arre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon Scherrebeck in the 88th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sune Thorman in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvald Arre saved Lysabild from getting behind. Chrestian Valentinussen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
