The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Pierre Klaaborg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 6 minutes, Pierre Klaaborg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fredsø FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierre Klaaborg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jon Scherrebeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Claes Nældested was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fredsø FV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sneslev the free kick. Claes Nældested hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Therkil Vagnild made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Scherrebeck in the 18th minute of play. If Bob Arnishøj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Wangsdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre Klaaborg in the 26th minute of the match. Therkil Vagnild took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jon Scherrebeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sneslev's Jon Scherrebeck got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 34th minute, Claes Nældested hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Fredsø FV's Valther Wilkert got a free kick in the 36th minute. Bob Arnishøj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pierre Klaaborg made a kick off. Fredsø FV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jon Scherrebeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 65 in the game by Bob Arnishøj from a close distance when the talented Denis Wangsdahl managed to make a qualified save. Sneslev's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Sneslev's zone, Pierre Klaaborg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Wangsdahl came out of the goal and Pierre Klaaborg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Sneslev getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ivan Plastaras hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Nældested in the 80th minute of play forced Sneslev's goalkeeper Denis Wangsdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Fredsø FV's Denis Wangsdahl threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pierre Klaaborg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Pierre Klaaborg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bob Arnishøj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th match minute, Fredsø FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigvart Løvdal to maneuver through the defense. Sneslev were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Fredsø FV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sepp Strandhøj took the corner. After taking down the ball on Sneslev's corner Sepp Strandhøj fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Therkil Vagnild quite easily take care of the ball. Despite being the better team, Fredsø FV failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
