Vincent Kailay started the match with the kick off. Lenni Seiergaard hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. A collision led to Assedrup getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Ronald Garming hit a great ball. If Thøger Salech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Rynkeby's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pelle Julsø fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Rynkeby getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Klavs Hulstrøm hit a great ball. Rynkeby's Sigismund Bavnager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Kailay in the 17th minute of play. Asbjørn Kronsell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teddi Bjørnsholm took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carl Kamløv. Assedrup's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Carl Kamløv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asbjørn Kronsell in the 25th minute of play. If Thøger Salech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carl Kamløv stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Asbjørn Kronsell's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After 44 minutes, Gregor Kjærsig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rynkeby and the Assedrup players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Assedrup booed when Rynkeby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregor Kjærsig didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Rynkeby's goalkeeper Sigismund Bavnager had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pelle Julsø. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Asbjørn Kronsell was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Assedrup got a freekick which was hit by Niki Asgild. 55 minutes into the game, Vincent Kailay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Assedrup's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rynkeby the free kick. In the 55th match minute, Assedrup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Kailay to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thøger Salech got free with Carl Kamløv in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carl Kamløv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asbjørn Kronsell in the 67th minute of the match. Thøger Salech struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Carl Kamløv didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rynkeby. When the match had been going on for 70 minutes, Rynkeby's Teddi Bjørnsholm got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Carl Kamløv. Assedrup's Carl Kamløv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Assedrup from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Assedrup defense, Hasse Baluch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carl Kamløv. The Assedrup fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carl Kamløv should have stopped the shot. Asbjørn Kronsell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Kamløv having to interfere. Niki Asgild was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 82nd match minute, Assedrup was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niki Asgild to maneuver through the defense. If Asbjørn Kronsell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asbjørn Kronsell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Kamløv read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Rynkeby's goal looked a bit too open when Pelle Julsø came free, but Sigismund Bavnager reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sigismund Bavnager took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pelle Julsø, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
