Vagner Hebroe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Jarldorf in the 3rd minute of play. Vagner Hebroe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Elttør in the 12th minute of the match. Theodor Sodergrens short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Vagner Hebroe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Theodor Sodergren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hillerød AC's Otto Jarldorf got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Theodor Sodergren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vagner Hebroe having to interfere. Øjvind Voutsinos's late challenge caught a Hillerød AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Vejby:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hillerød AC:s goal. The referee gave Hillerød AC a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Asker Fjordbirk, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vejby's Vagner Hebroe. 1-0. 37 minutes into the match, Hillerød AC's Otto Jarldorf sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vagner Hebroe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Theodor Sodergren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Vagner Hebroe made a huge save. Theodor Sodergren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vagner Hebroe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Kalle Rindum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Therkel Vangshøj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Therkel Vangshøj stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Kenney Gudbjart managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vejby's supporters rose to their feet, but Kenney Gudbjart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kalle Rindum breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Otto Jarldorf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Vagner Hebroe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 56 minutes, Otto Jarldorf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hillerød AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otto Jarldorf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Kenney Gudbjart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Theodor Sodergren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Vagner Hebroe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kalle Rindum made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Kenney Gudbjart sent off a good shot on target. Vejby's Kenney Gudbjart got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Sam Blesmark left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hillerød AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Kalle Rindum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Therkel Vangshøj's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute Therkel Vangshøj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Rindum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Hillerød AC were the better team. Hillerød AC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
