In the 3rd minute Mathæus Danmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannik Lindbæk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gudumlund FV's Thomas Ulfstjerne shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kirstein Damsø but with some difficulty. Tue Jarlnæs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kirstein Damsø having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kronborgdige's zone, Tue Jarlnæs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kirstein Damsø came out of the goal and Tue Jarlnæs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Kronborgdige booed when Gudumlund FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tue Jarlnæs got free with Kirstein Damsø in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mathæus Danmark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jannik Lindbæk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Leo Nevi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 52 minutes, Tejs Bano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kronborgdige and the Gudumlund FV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kronborgdige's Tejs Bano got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Alfred Tæbring charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Tue Jarlnæs scored 1-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kirstein Damsø, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute, Tue Jarlnæs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Gudumlund FV's Jannik Lindbæk got control of the ball when Boris Køldal tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 80 minutes, Gerhard Knøss mouthed his way into the referee's book. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gudumlund FV fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kronborgdige had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
