Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ravnsø's Tejs Brixler started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Harald Kajer sped through Ravnsø's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vinzent Ring. When Hektor Bredahl came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Ravnsø fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hektor Bredahl couldn't finish the play. Thorleif Kopperberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tejs Brixler in the 18th minute of the match. After 25 played minutes Ravnsø got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Grøndahl. After a rather tough play, Smørumovre's Karlo Taagelund got a free kick in the 29th minute. Vinzent Ring stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anders Thorlinn's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ravnsø's zone, Anders Thorlinn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinzent Ring came out of the goal and Anders Thorlinn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Smørumovre's Thorleif Kopperberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tejs Brixler in the 42nd minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Smørumovre's goal looked a bit too open when Hektor Bredahl came free, but Thorleif Kopperberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anders Thorlinn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ravnsø's Hektor Bredahl got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Tage Ringfort fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Smørumovre's protests and gave Tage Ringfort a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Smørumovre's Tage Ringfort got a free kick in the 54th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John Lademann during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thorleif Kopperberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hektor Bredahl in the 76th minute of play. Ravnsø's Hektor Bredahl got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ravnsø! For all the effort they put into the match, the Ravnsø players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Smørumovre.
