After 7 minutes, Diego Cæsius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nøkkentved FV and the Smørumovre players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Nøkkentved FV getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Diego Cæsius hit a great ball. In the 9thth minute of the game Anders Thorlinn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nøkkentved FV's Aage Vrinders was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arne Mainburg got free with Thorleif Kopperberg in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Smørumovre's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Havenskjold came free, but Thorleif Kopperberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Smørumovre's Bernard Masesson got a free kick in the 14th minute. Thorleif Kopperberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucas Havenskjold showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Anders Thorlinn notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Nøkkentved FV's Aage Vrinders. Aage Vrinders was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lucas Havenskjold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thorleif Kopperberg having to interfere. Svenning Kaywel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Smørumovre getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Tony Troldborg hit a great ball. Svenning Kaywel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harald Kajer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thorleif Kopperberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Cæsius in the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Havenskjold was the one to do the kick off. Aage Vrinders stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anders Thorlinn's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After 60 played minutes Nøkkentved FV got a freekick which was hit by Arne Mainburg. Harald Kajer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Aage Vrinders made a huge save. Harald Kajer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Aage Vrinders when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Smørumovre's Anders Thorlinn in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nøkkentved FV's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Nøkkentved FV getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Arne Mainburg hit a great ball. If Anders Thorlinn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thorleif Kopperberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Havenskjold in the 88th minute of play. Harald Kajer might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aage Vrinders. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harald Kajer ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Aage Vrinders managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Smørumovre's Harald Kajer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aage Vrinders made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harald Kajer in the 96th minute.
