Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hektor Meyle kicked off to start the match. Markus Andrejcak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Gabriel Hyllen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erling Lansø's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Finn Hartig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Jan Blangstrup hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Markus Andrejcak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Hyllen. Grasshopperne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Markus Andrejcak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 18th minute Hektor Meyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Hyllen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Markus Andrejcak kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Grasshopperne getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ebbe Kesje hit a great ball. Ebbe Kesje sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Finn Hartig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Blangstrup in the 27th minute of play. If Markus Andrejcak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Finn Hartig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per Vejmand in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute of the match Grasshopperne got a corner. Borridsø's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Balder Lou ran over to the corner to take the kick. A hard shot 35 in the game by Jan Blangstrup from a close distance when the talented Finn Hartig managed to make a qualified save. Borridsø's players were relieved. Jan Blangstrups short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Finn Hartig to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ebbe Kesje received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Finn Hartig came out and tried to block the shot, but Ebbe Kesje slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 39th minute. Wictor Harreby hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th match minute, Grasshopperne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinhard Berthel to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Gabriel Hyllen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hektor Meyle in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Grasshopperne getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Per Vejmand hit a great ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Jan Blangstrup managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grasshopperne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Blangstrup was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grasshopperne's Gabriel Hyllen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Grasshopperne from getting a goal against them. After 77 minutes, Manfred Nordbøge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grasshopperne and the Borridsø players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ebbe Kesje took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Finn Hartig. Finn Hartig dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Ebbe Kesje recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erling Lansø blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Finn Hartig having to make a save. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Jan Blangstrup sped through Borridsø's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Finn Hartig. After a defensive mix-up in Borridsø's zone, Balder Lou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Finn Hartig came out of the goal and Balder Lou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
