An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberth Stentoft in the 18th minute of play forced Grynderup's goalkeeper Ernest Vindvad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee ignored Grynderup's protests and gave Uwe Roneklint a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, Uwe Roneklint hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Therkild Hjortebæk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauritz Lyngeled having to interfere. Ernest Vindvad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberth Stentoft, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Uwe Roneklint hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute Jannich Weibull shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Vindvad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nikolas Oldentoft made a kick off. A collision led to Grynderup getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jess Urfeldt hit a great ball. Nikolas Oldentoft fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauritz Lyngeled having to interfere. Ernest Vindvad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberth Stentoft, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Ernest Vindvad made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Jannich Weibull sent off a good shot on target. Alberth Stentoft recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jannich Weibull could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Ernest Vindvad made a huge save. Alberth Stentoft received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ernest Vindvad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albinus Jynberg charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albinus Jynberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th match minute, Skovsgård was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albinus Jynberg to maneuver through the defense. When Olof Skjoldnæsholm came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Grynderup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olof Skjoldnæsholm couldn't finish the play. Therkild Hjortebæk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauritz Lyngeled having to make a save. Jannich Weibull's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernest Vindvad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. When Jannich Weibull came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Skovsgård fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jannich Weibull couldn't finish the play. Alberth Stentoft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grynderup's Ernest Vindvad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Grynderup from getting a goal against them. If Therkild Hjortebæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
