Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ivar Tronhammer got the match started through his kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Sønderby's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Lindum came free, but Eckhardt Sønderkøge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl Nyward charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl Nyward the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sønderby getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Karl Nyward hit a great ball. After 12 played minutes, Gedesby SIK's Hasan Reichel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eckhardt Sønderkøge came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gedesby SIK reached it. The supporters of Gedesby SIK booed when Sønderby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amdi Lagrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Michael Lindum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Håkon Tharfelt kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Michael Lindum notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sønderby's Eckhardt Sønderkøge. Eckhardt Sønderkøge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ivar Tronhammer succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sønderby's zone, Michael Lindum stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eckhardt Sønderkøge came out of the goal and Michael Lindum tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute Eske Renane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eckhardt Sønderkøge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match Hasan Reichel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eckhardt Sønderkøge skillfully saved the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Eske Renane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Eckhardt Sønderkøge made a huge save. Eckhardt Sønderkøge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Lindum in the 56th minute of play. Wladimir Gadd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Tronhammer, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute, Gedesby SIK's Eske Renane ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eckhardt Sønderkøge. Eckhardt Sønderkøge yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Sønderby's Eckhardt Sønderkøge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Lindum in the 67th minute of play. Eske Renanes short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Eckhardt Sønderkøge to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eske Renane succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 72nd playminute. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Michael Lindum took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Eckhardt Sønderkøge to make any attempt to save it. After 78 played minutes Gedesby SIK got a freekick which was hit by Adolf Seehusen. Eckhardt Sønderkøge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Lindum, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Ivar Tronhammer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sønderby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivar Tronhammer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eske Renane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wladimir Gadd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Tronhammer in the 86th minute of play. Eske Renane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Eckhardt Sønderkøge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Nyqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Paulo Nyqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sønderby's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Nyqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wladimir Gadd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Gedesby SIK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
