Holt FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeus Them was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rikki Kanter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Dilleng, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Janich Gjerlund took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rikki Kanter. Rikki Kanter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, Holt FC's Waldemar Sverker got a free kick in the 27th minute. Amadeus Them received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Jonatan Galsmar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kertinge's Emil Geertsma got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amadeus Them's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonatan Galsmar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Torbjørn Gudbrandsson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Kertinge's Rikki Kanter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Kertinge from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Kertinge's Rikki Kanter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janich Gjerlund in the 55th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeus Them during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amadeus Them hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Sonny Bensdal charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sonny Bensdal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Holt FC booed when Kertinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Bensdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Marc Dilleng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rikki Kanter was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Janich Gjerlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holt FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Janich Gjerlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rikki Kanter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Kertinge's Kaare Kaywel got a free kick in the 67th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marc Dilleng in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rikki Kanter saved Kertinge from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laust Billeshof during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kertinge's Laust Billeshof got a free kick in the 71st minute. Emil Geertsma took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Galsmar. Jonatan Galsmar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Amadeus Them got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some careless play in the Kertinge defense, Marc Dilleng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rikki Kanter. The Kertinge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rikki Kanter should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Kertinge's Amadeus Them sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Galsmar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Waldemar Sverker charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waldemar Sverker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th match minute, Holt FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Sverker to maneuver through the defense. Jonatan Galsmar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Geertsma in the 97th minute. Holt FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
