Terkild Falkland started the match with the kick off. Bent Langberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gordon Embo, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Tolstrup's Eske Parvo got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Eske Parvo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terkild Falkland in the 21st minute of play forced Tolstrup's goalkeeper Frands Markner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Hedeboerne's Albert Heisøe tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Tolstrup's goalkeeper Frands Markner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kris Mensberg. If Terkild Falkland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hedeboerne's Kris Mensberg got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eske Parvo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bent Langberg having to make a save. Kris Mensberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Frands Markner made a huge save. If Gordon Embo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kris Mensberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Kris Mensberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eske Parvo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Hedeboerne's zone, Gordon Embo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bent Langberg came out of the goal and Gordon Embo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gordon Embo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Hedeboerne's zone, Eske Parvo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bent Langberg came out of the goal and Eske Parvo tried to chip the ball over his head. Eske Parvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bent Langberg having to interfere. Gordon Embo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Bent Langberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tolstrup. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lynge Løvik during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lynge Løvik kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Bent Langberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mikki Briksby. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Eske Parvo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tolstrup's supporters rose to their feet, but Eske Parvo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bent Langberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eske Parvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Tolstrup's Bent Langberg threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eske Parvo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 83rd minute of the match Albert Heisøe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frands Markner skillfully saved the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Hedeboerne's Kris Mensberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frands Markner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Terkild Falkland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Tolstrup could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hedeboerne throughout the match.
